There is a reception counter at the office. Guest only need to mention the name used for booking and for the registration process, guest is required to present one Identification Card (IC), preferable IC of the person who made the booking.

Here, we will have our cafe (Pandak Café) open from 8AM until 8PM every day. In case of emergency that the cafe is closed, there are a few available eateries nearby the chalet.

The room price does not include breakfast.

Parking spaces are subject to availability. Please let us know beforehand if you travel with several cars per room that you have booked.

Yes. Please let us know before your stay so that we can provide to your request. The charge will be RM50.00 for one full set of extra bed per night, in which towel and blanket are included.

A 50% deposit is required on booking and needs to be made within 24 hours from the time of booking or it will be automatically cancelled and the slots will be made open for other guests to book.

On the day of check-in, guests can use the river at any time from 3PM onwards and on the next day, it is until the check-out time. However, it is advisable for guests to not go down to the river whenever it rains.

Please contact the front desk for any request for an early check-in or a late check-out. Additional fees may apply for both requests.

It depends on the availability of the rooms and dates.

We are partially wheelchair friendly as there are a few rooms that are not accessible to wheelchair users. It will be great if you can contact us prior to making a booking and let us know your needs.

Yes, each room has its own area for BBQ, just outside of the unit booked and while you may bring your own BBQ equipment, our chalet also provides BBQ package, with charges. If you wish to request for any BBQ sets, please let us know as early as possible before your stay so that we can accommodate to your request.
