Bookings & Refunds
- Any cancellation or amendment must be made 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Any cancellation made after 14 days before the check-in date; refund is subjected to the management of Chalet Latip D’Ayer Itam.
- Refund subjected to 10% surcharge from the total deposit amount.
- Management has the rights to not return your money in case of last-minute cancellation.
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days business days.
